Meet Lisa Davis – Dedicated Early Childhood Educator
Hello! My name is Lisa Davis, and I’m thrilled to be a part of the Adora Early Learning Academy family. With over 34 years of experience in early education, I find great joy and purpose in working with young learners and their families. Together, we embark on a journey of discovery, growth, and play—welcoming every child into our nurturing community.
A Career Built on Passion
My journey in early childhood education began in 1990 when I was searching for the perfect preschool for my daughter. Little did I know that decision would shape my entire career. Both of us joined the same center, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to creating enriching learning experiences for children.
Leadership and Dedication
I began my career as a preschool teacher, quickly advancing to roles such as Curriculum Coordinator, Assistant Director, and Director. Along the way, I’ve helped launch several new schools, successfully led NAEYC Accreditation processes four times, achieved Quality Rating twice, and served on licensing teams to ensure compliance with state regulations. My work has always centered on fostering a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children.
